Terms of Use
Below are the terms and conditions for making a ferry reservation with the
Online Travel Group ltd.
Confirmation:
We summarise the details of the ticket you are about to buy; you confirm that
this is what you want. You are then transferred to our secure server where you
enter your credit card (or debit card) details.
Once completed you will be issued your booking reference, which you can print
off. You will also receive an email copy sent to the address specified in your
application. If you purchase your crossing through our call centre you will
receive a booking confirmation in the post.
Payment:
Your credit card details will not be retained by Online Travel Group, only by
the acquiring bank. In the case of a suspected fraudulent transaction, card
details may be disclosed to the store/merchant for the sole purpose of
performing further checks. The store/merchant is not permitted to retain these
details.
Customer Services:
The Online Travel Group endeavours to provide you the highest level of service.
If however you have a query or the level of service or product fails to meet
your expectations then please refer to our customer services department .
Cancellation & Amendments:
Amendments to any bookings will incur a £20 administration fee. Online Travel
Group will abide by the individual cancellation policy of each of its Channel
crossing partners. Full terms and conditions are available upon request.
Privacy:
When you browse our site we do not log your e-mail address unless you provide
it as part of a purchase or as a request for information. No e-mails will be
sent in future unless you have given your consent.
We endeavour to respond to all queries within 7 working days
